We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all items. If an item is found to be defective or damaged, you may choose to receive either a full refund or a replacement. Should the item not be to your satisfaction for any other reason we will either offer you a credit note for the full value of the purchase or refund the purchase price minus a 5% charge to cover insurance, shipping, re-stocking and administration fees. Refunds are issued through the original form of payment, once the goods are received.

Should you wish to return an item for any reason please follow this simple procedure in order to make the process as simple as possible. 1. Email returns@thecladdagh.com to arrange return shipping details. 2. Secure all items in their original packaging making sure to include all accompanying materials. 3. Send the items back to us either by registered post or by courier. Be sure to get a receipt of proof of posting. Please note that items sent by normal post are not covered by our insurance and if lost or damaged, we cannot be held liable. We regret that we cannot issue refunds on either special orders or personalised items, including items which have been engraved.
