This stunning pair of Claddagh earrings are made from 14 karat gold using an imaginative combination of white gold & rose gold within a yellow gold frame. Each heart, which is cast in 14 karat rose gold, holds in place a 4mm heart shaped peridot. These earrings are for pierced ears and use a leverback system with a hinge that flips up over the stem and presses against the back of the ear to hold the earring in place. Approximate weight is 7.5gm.

The Claddagh is a traditional Irish design originating in Galway and takes its name from the small fishing village of The Claddagh. The hands are for friendship, the heart symbolises love and the crown loyalty & fidelity.
