Celtic Crosses
The Celtic cross is widely used as Christian symbol and is said to derive from the Greek letters "Chi" and "Rho" the first letters of the word "Christ". When interlinked, these letters appear similar to the cross at the centre of a Celtic cross. However, the cross has a history stretching even further back. It's likely that the Celtic cross was originally a Pagan sun or moon representation, the four arms representing the four elements Fire, Air, Water and Earth.
